Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. NO REFUNDS. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description.

PAYMENT in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please understand that all unpaid items will be re-posted on the 6th day, and non-paying customers will be blocked from participating in future auctions.
Acceptable forms of payment are:

• Cashiers Check,
• Money Order
• Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) Credit Card (Visa, MC only)

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. ***The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.*** Those purchasing vehicles are responsible for providing all tools, carriers, mechanics, etc. necessary to transport the vehicle. Under no circumstances will the City of Clarksville Gas and Water department assume any responsibility for packing loading and shipping.Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 A.M. AND 3:00 P.M.(CST). A daily storage fee of $10.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
