1994 TRAFCON ARROW/DIRECTION BOARD, Model TCI-25D, S/N: 0593LD25603. Hour meter shows 1297 Hrs. Engine starts with a boost and runs fine, But has a fuel leak. Also it will need a new battery. Engine is a Lombardini diesel engine 62D 260 A/B, s/n: 3426792. DISPLAY LIGHTS ON BOARD DO NOT WORK. The issue with the lights working has not been diagnosed. Tires have approx. 40% tread remaining, and are about 5 years old. Has pintle style hitch with 6 pin trailer wiring connector. Trailer lights do not work. BILL OF SALE ONLY .. Reserve is $ 120.00

Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashier Check, Money Order or Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). Title will be transferred to the person/dealer listed on the GovDeals buyer’s certificate unless otherwise requested. Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed by scheduled appointment only. Walk-Ups will not be accepted! Office hours are 8AM - 3:30PM EST. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim or “mis-description” must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. Questions and Answers

Q: what size motor and what is the watts output (8/21/12 7:44 PM)
A: the engine has no size stated , but I did list some numbers that was on the engine in the descripition. On the watts output, I did not find any information on the equipment stating output.
