1990 John Deere Model 430 Garden Tractor. Water Cooled Diesel Engine with 1,364 hours on the meter. Tractor starts, runs and is operable.

Due to low hours, engine and transmission are in good condition. The remainder of the tractor and equipment show substantial wear.

Includes 50" mid mount mower deck, 246 rotary broom and 54" snow blade.

All equipment is being sold "AS IS WHERE IS".

Includes all manuals.

Inspection

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Checks shall be made payable to: Monclova Township.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
