1991 CASE 580K BACKHOE LOADER, EXTENDAHOE 294 CI. DIESEL ENGINE. Starts and runs fine, hours showing is 3985, removed from service 7/27/2012, equipment is operational. bucket tilt cylinders are leaking, one bucket lift cylinder is leaking, bucket pins/bushing are worn, hyd. hoses show signs of dry rot, lights are not working, instrument cluster is not working, parking brake does not work, boom control operation is irradtic/jerky. Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding by contacting: Eric Johnston or Ricky Gibbs by phone at (770) 794-5660. Office hours are 8AM - 3:30PM EST, closed for lunch 12PM - 1PM Inspection privileges will only be granted to those who have scheduled an appointment . WALK-UPS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

Payment
Payment Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashier Check, Money Order or Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). Title will be transferred to the person/dealer listed on the GovDeals buyer’s certificate unless otherwise requested. Removal
Removal Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed by scheduled appointment only. Walk-Ups will not be accepted! Office hours are 8AM - 3:30PM EST. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Special instructions Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” The City of Marietta (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim or “mis-description” must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of City of Marietta shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, All SALES ARE FINAL.
