1995 CHEVROLET CAPRICE, 5.7L eng. with Auto. transmission. Odometer not working at times. Starts and runs ok. Has power ( windows, door locks, seats, mirrors ). Dual air bags. Radio is missing, airbag light is on, theft lite is on. Steering column has been replaced. Emissions passed 2/2/2012. Right rear side window is broken. left rear power window does not work, WINDOW TINT MAY NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS AND MAY NEED TO BE REMOVED. Some interior trim panels missing, driver door panel is loose and has screws holding it on. A/C does not work. Interior is gray leather with tear in passenger seat. Tires have approx. 6/32 tread remaining. Exterior is black with dents and scratches. Paint is peeling. Radio antenna is broke, 1 center cap for wheel is missing. Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Payment

Payment Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashier Check, Money Order or Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). Title will be transferred to the person/dealer listed on the GovDeals buyer’s certificate unless otherwise requested. Removal

Removal Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed by scheduled appointment only. Walk-Ups will not be accepted! Office hours are 8AM - 3:30PM EST. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

A: The winning bidder did not want the veh. cause it was listed as a Caprice on the Title. I contacted a local chevy dealer who told me that the vin.# came up as a Caprice with the Impala SS option. You can also check the vin.# It is listed in the ad. We do have a Title that says Caprice / Rebuilt (8/20/12 7:50 AM)

A: The Title office has it listed as a Caprice, and the word Rebuilt means it had previously been wrecked, possibly totaled. At some time the veh. was repaired and the Title was reinstated. This was a siezed veh. and we have no information from the previous owner. (8/20/12 8:01 AM)
