Used. 2002 Ford Crown Victoria. Fleet Asset 11602. 4.6L V-8 engine with automatic transmission. Car runs and drives good. Power windows, locks and mirrors; tilt steering with cruise control. Interior good; blue in color. Exterior good. No visible hail damage. Large dent in drivers side front fender. Individuals interested in viewing this vehicle must call Mark Stinson at 816-969-1061 for an appointment. Winning bidder must plan on pick up before 3:00 PM CST and must be 24 hours in advance. Location of unit is 1971 SE Hamblen Road. Conditions of all items are "As is, Where is". Only item described herein is included in sale regardless of what else is pictured. Under no circumstances will Lee's Summit, MO assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

| Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Cashier's Check or Money Order. Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders must be made out to “The City of Lee’s Summit” and have the GovDeals item ID clearly marked. Buyers have two (2) options for issuing payment: Option 1: In Person. Buyer (or representative) must bring a copy of the “Buyers Certificate”. Buyer comes to City Hall Treasury Division and gives the Cash/Cashier’s Check/Money Order and Buyers Certificate to a cashier. Cashier will give the buyer an envelope containing their receipt; directions to the asset location and vehicle title (if applicable). Buyer goes to asset location and shows the department representative their receipt. Department representative gives the buyer their purchased goods. Option 2: By Mail. Buyer must email DeeDee Tschirhart at deedee.tschirhart@cityofls.net of their intent to mail payment for item(s) purchased. A copy of the Buyers Certificate must be included with the payment of Cashier’s Check or Money Order. If the item is a vehicle and the buyer wants the receipt and title mailed back to them, a return shipping label must be included with their payment. If the buyer is out of state and plans to send a transport company to retrieve the vehicle, the buyer must include all pertinent information pertaining to the transport company with their payment. Buyers receipt and certificate with be forwarded to the location of the purchased item(s). Buyers have sole responsibility for making all arrangements and performing all work necessary to remove items. All items must be picked up between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm local time, Monday thru Friday, and must be scheduled in advance. Buyers of vehicles and equipment must give the city 24 hours notice before picking up. For all property sold at a different location from City Hall, buyers must make arrangements for transportation to the site of pick up. The City will not be responsible for transporting buyers to the property location site. Payment must be made within five working days and pick up within 10 working days following end of auction. The city reserves the right to assess a daily storage fee of $10.00 for items not removed within the 10 business days allowed. All sales are final. Please refer to our online terms and conditions. |
