1984 Koehring Lorain LRT-100 hydraulic wheel crane, 7.5 ton, SN 97125.

Operational when removed from service, (7-1-12),
1293 hrs, thought to be correct, but unknown as unit was acquired used.

3.9l turbocharged Cummins engine, military spec'd machine.
Lever selectable front, crab or 4-wheel steering.
Three speeds in forward and reverse with high and low range also.
Boom length 20.6 ft retracted, 41.6 ft extended.
Rear axle stabilization hydraulic lock cylinders leak a little.
Overall a very nice machine.
Last inspected 12-15-11.

A: In the stowed position for transport, the crane is 25 feet long and approximately 8 and 1/2 ft tall. I have added this table to the pictures in the auction. Thank you for your inquiry. (8/1/12 9:58 AM)

A: Yes, this unit is very operational. This unit has and can be driven upon the roadway. However, the top speed is approximately twenty-six (26) miles per hour (mph). Additional precautions may be needed such as a lead or shadow vehicle to provide added safety while traveling in some areas. (8/20/12 6:42 AM)
