1996 GMC Sierra C/K 3500 Reg. Cab 8-ft. Bed 2WD CHASSIS AND CAB, 6.5L V8 OHV 16V TURBO DIESEL. THIS UNIT HAS A Dodge 4WD KIT ADDED,DID NOT COME FROM FACTORY THAT WAY. Used in City Recycling Department.Unit replaced so no more funds invested. Its starts,runs,Manual 5 speed transmission.Exterior white,has normal wear,dents,scratches,dings. Paint peeling on front grill,scratch on driver side door,passenger door has rust spots. Interior gray vinly with hole on driver side seat,dash has no cracks,no cracked glasses,see picture's. Heater,power steering,has a/c put not cooling, stock AM/FM radio.Has Galion 8ft hyd dump bed works good,tire condition fair.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are:U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). Checks shall be made payable to: City of Cape Girardeau.

 Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Cape Girardeau assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Q: What size tires and rims are on this truck ?Do you have maintenence records,manuals (for the bed and conversion kit as well)? Has the truck ever had crash history?
(6/11/12 8:28 PM) A: Tires are 225/70R19.5 front and back. We do have manuals on the truck and dump bed, but nothing on the front axle except where we got it. This was a Dodge 4WD kit that was added by Truck Center Inc. in IL when we purchased the truck in 1996. I have no accident reports on file for this truck, so it should not have any. The maintenance records can be copied from our fleet system and emailed via a pdf file upon request. (6/12/12 4:00 PM) |
