1990 Honda Accord LX sedan SEDAN 4-DR, 2.2L L4 SOHC 16V. This vehicle was seized by the Church Hill Police Department on 7/24/2011 because the previous owner used the vehicle in the commission of an armed robbery. The vehicle has since been awarded to our department. We hold a clear title to the vehicle. This is a 1990 Honda Accord LX 4D sedan. Tan exterior, maroon interior. As noted in photos, vehicle has several dings, dents, and small rust spots. Vehicle needs to be cleaned up inside and out. Our city mechanic advises that two of the four tires have slow leaks in them. The car starts and runs very well for such an old vehicle. The air conditioner is cool but not extremely cold. Automatic transmission with OD. Factory AM/FM/Cassette stereo. 4 door. Mileage is 185,920. 4 cylinder/16 valve engine. Power windows and mirror. Cruise control. We do not inspect or test drive our seized vehicles, so we cannot say how good (or bad) a particular vehicle is. Vehicle available for visual inspection. It will be parked across the street from our location (302 E. Main Blvd., Church Hill, TN 37642).

Q: Description says "Court order" and bill of sale". Answer to previous question says clear title. Which is it? (8/15/12 12:57 PM) A: Clear title in the name of Church Hill Police Department. The wording at the bottom is generic wording GovDeals apparently sets up for all government accounts. I should have removed it before posting. My apologies. We have a clear Tennessee title.
