Indiana State Sales tax is not collected on vehicles. It is the responsibility of the of the winning bidder to register the vehicle and pay appropriate sales tax at that time.

7% State sales tax will be charged to Indiana residents as well as buyers who pick up items at our location.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 12:00p.m. and 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
