You are bidding on a 2003 Jaguar X-Type 2.5 SEDAN 4-DR, 2.5L V6 DOHC 24V. This car has a sunroof. It needs a new headliner. There is damage to the hood just above the headlight as shown in the picture. The brake light is on but the brakes were fixed and are working but the light did not go off. This car cranks and runs and has 146,000 miles. It has a salvage title and is sold as is. Inspection is encouraged. *** Buyer defaulted on the original sale ****

Payment in full is due within 5 business days from date of the Buyer's Certificate. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Removal

**Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. ALL BIDDERS MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP THEIR ITEMS. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR ITEMS BY DAY 11 AFTER THE END OF AUCTION THEY WILL INCUR A $10.00 PER LOT, PER DAY FEE. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP AN AUCTION BY DAY 30 AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION THEN THE BIDDER WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO GOVDEALS TO BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING ON ANY FUTURE AUCTIONS. NO EXCEPTION. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the the property. We do offer free forklift assistance and will also ship most items to you for an additional fee with a few expections. We will not ship overseas and we do not ship oversized loads. We can arrange some flatbed loads but availability is limited. Please send us your address and we will be glad to give you a shipping quote on palletized freight. A: The damage that was done to the front passenger side corner was supposed to be the reason for the salvage title. You can register and drive a vehicle with a salvage title with no problem. (10/17/12 1:20 PM)
