Orion bus repair parts for 2000 Orion II.

Preview date is Wednesday, 9/30/09, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No other preview times are scheduled. Preview location is 705 Longworth Street, Dayton, OH 45402. Shrink wrap will not be removed from skidded items.

Bidder is responsible for loading. Forklift and driver may be available for loading but not guaranteed. Loading will consist of placing the pallet on the end platform of the transport vehicle only. Bidder solely responsible for moving the pallet within/on transport vehicle.

Bidders will be required to remove auction property 10/5/09 through 10/16/09 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. ALL AUCTION PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED BY 2 P.M. 10/16/09-NO EXCEPTIONS.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS – WHERE IS.” ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Payment must be made within five (5) business days of auction end, legal holidays excluded. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency (in person payments only, exact amount only), Certified or Cashier’s Check, Money Orders or Company Check with a mandatory bank letter guaranteeing funds.

The GovDeals Buyer’s Certificate must be mailed with your payment.

Checks or money orders must be made payable to Montgomery County Treasurer.

Payments may be made in person at the address above Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Payment receipts are emailed to buyer or given in person.

Payment receipt must be presented at time of pick-up.

Property removal is by appointment only – call (937) 307-0421 to schedule.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

All items not removed within ten (10) business days may be subject to a $10 per day storage fee.
