This is (1) lot of (30) "Used" 2 1/2 Ton Carrier,Lennox & Bryant R22 Refrigerant Condenser Units. Includes (30)air conditioner pads. These air conditioners were installed in the summer of 2002 & 2004. These air conditioners were removed from service this fall of 2011 to install new Heat Pump/Air conditioners under a Energy Performance Contract. These were all in operation when they were removed from service. All of the R22 Freon/refrigerant was back charged back into these air conditioners. These air conditioners are ready to be reinstalled. Everything is attached and no missing parts. The condenser coils will need to be cleaned after they are reinstalled. In Good Working Condition.

Note: We are selling (3) separate lots of air conditioners and two different sizes. Please see other auctions listed for each lot.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). Checks shall be made payable to: Columbia Housing Authority. Payments shall be made at the location listed in the Buyer’s Certificate. Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Columbia Housing Authority assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
