By submitting a bid, Buyer represents that they have had an adequate opportunity to inspect the items offered for sale, that they are relying solely on their own judgment as to the condition of the property and that they are in no way relying on any representations of Seller. Buyer acknowledges that items offered for sale may contain defects not immediately observable to Buyer, that Buyer is relying solely on Buyer’s own inspection of these goods and that Buyer assumes all risk of any hidden defects.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) Checks shall be made payable to: Cleveland Metroparks. IF PAYMENT IS DONE BY U.S. CURRENCY, EXACT PAYMENT ONLY IS ACCEPTED.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
