Selling one (1) lot of indoor playground interlocking floor mats or 76 total. These floor mats are approximately 24" x 24" x 1/2" thick and interlock with each other on all four sides. They come in multiple colors on top and black on the bottom. The edging is also included and totals about 150 pieces to give you a smooth edge. These floor mats were in use when taken out of service. Overall they are in average condition. They were used indoors. These items are used and inspection is recommended prior to bidding. After notification of award of bid, and upon payment of cash, cashier's check, or money order for the bid amount made payable to the City of Pinellas Park and delivered to the Purchasing Division located at 8000 60th Street North, Pinellas Park Florida, a receipt will be issued. The equipment may be picked up at the Purchasing Division, 8000 60th Street North, Pinellas Park Florida. The City makes no warranty of any kind as to the condition or capabilities of the equipment, or as to the fitness thereof, for the use for any particular purpose. The City will require that you indemnify and save it harmless of, and from any and all damages arising out of or resulting from your possession or use of the equipment. Your payment of the stated amount and acceptance of the equipment acknowledges your acceptance of these conditions. Payment must be made in three (3) business days of auction close. The equipment must be removed within seven (7) business days of auction close. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items purchased. Sales tax of 7.00% will be added to the closing price for Florida residents unless tax exempt.
