Nightstands may also be included, quantity is not known. Furniture may have scratches and nicks. Fair to poor condition. PLEASE BRING ADEQUATE HELP AND EQUIPMENT (trucks, dollies, etc.) FOR REMOVAL OF FURNITURE. Inspections are by appointment only. We do not ship items and it is up to the winning bidder to pick up or arrange shipping for all items. We do not prepare for shipping (wrapping, packing, weighing). REMOVAL Removal is by Appointment and all items must be removed BY MAY 17. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
