We have for sale thirty-six (36) 300 gallon plastic refuse containers. Most have split lids and are various colors. All are in good condition. YOU LOAD and haul.

Inspection

Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Please contact Barry Doebert 434-799-5245 or email barryd@ci.danville.va.us to schedule an inspection.

Payment

Your total purchase price will include 5% VA sales tax and a 7.5% auction fee. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order. Checks shall be made payable to: City of Danville.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all shipping arrangements. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
