Description (Based solely upon general observations). This vehicle may need repair or be incomplete unless specified below. Known Attributes\Deficiencies (The absence of reported deficiencies DOES NOT MEAN that deficiencies do not exist):

This car has: 4.0L engine, automatic transmission, front leather bucket seats, rear leather seat, A/C, cruise control, AM/FM/Cassette radio, P/S, P/B, rear window defogger, power windows, power mirrors, power locks, and intermittent wipers. Tires are 20%, 4/10 VA state inspection sticker.

NOTE: There are no keys and the head has been removed from the engine (see pic's). I do not know where it is, maybe the truck but I don't have keys to get it open.

READ CAREFULLY: This vehicle was towed from private property under the Inoperable Vehicle Code of the City of Danville, VA. IT IS BEING SOLD WITHOUT A TITLE. NO TITLE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU. Its durability, mileage or running condition is unknown. If the owner reclaims this vehicle before the sale becomes final, it will be removed from the auction.

Payment

Your total purchase price will include 7.5% AUCTION FEE. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order. Checks shall be made payable to: City of Danville.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all shipping arrangements. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
