You will be bidding on a 3000' Insulated Cooler Building with Condenser Units (50' x 60' & purchased in 2001). There are 6 condenser units total (4 inside and 2 outside). Additional Info: The walls are made of 4" x 48" insulated panels attached to a steel frame. The panel is basically a 4' Styrofoam that that has a sheet of metal on each side. The roof is constructed from the same panels with a rubber membrane roof on top of the panels. The actual height of the building is 16'10". Also, there is a sliding door and it will open up to at least 12' wide. This building is located at the South Carolina Forestry Commission in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This building is being sold "as is". The BUYER will have 45 days to remove the building. The BUYER is responsible for disassembling the building plus all the loading and removal of the building. The power will be disconnected from the building by the seller. The BUYER is responsible for disposing of all debris related to the removal of this building from the site (no concrete has to be removed). The debris removal is to be done in accordance to all state and federal DHEC and Spartanburg County regulations. The overall condition of this property is unknown to the Surplus Property office. This building is located at the South Carolina Forestry Commission in Spartanburg, South Carolina (725 Hwy 56 South). Inspection will only be available on August 23, 2012 from 9:00am til 11:00am.
