Payment must be made within five (5) business days of auction end, legal holidays excluded. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, for the exact amount and must be paid only in person at the address below. Other forms of acceptable payments are: Certified and Cashier check, Money Orders, or Company Check (with a mandatory bank letter guaranteeing funds).

Checks and Money Orders must be made payable to: City of Beavercreek. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A COPY OF YOUR GOVDEALS BUYERS CERTIFICATE. BUYERS WILL RECEIVE A RECEIPT UPON PAYMENT. This receipt MUST BE PRESENTED to the designated employee and location, before the property can be released to the buyer.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
