2004 Chevrolet Impala Base SEDAN 4-DR, 3.8L V6 OHV 12V automatic transmission. Starts and runs. Maintenance records are available. Exterior is white with paint missing on trunk above key lock and has all four hubcaps. Interior is blue cloth, stock am/fm cassette radio, a/c, dual airbags, cruise control, tilt steering, remote mirrors, power windows, power door locks and power steering.

ALL Payments must be made to: MISSOURI STATE AGENCY FOR SURPLUS PROPERTY, P.O BOX 1310, JEFFERSON CITY, MO 65102-1310. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Removal

Special Instructions

Default.

If after the award, the Buyer breaches the contract by failure to pay for or remove, the Buyer shall lose all right, title and interest which they may otherwise have acquired in and to such property as to which a default has occurred. Purchaser's failure to remove items awarded will be cause for removal of bidder from bidders list for future sales. If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED.
