Payment

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express*, Discover) only. *American Express is not available for buyers on probation unless otherwise approved. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, and the buyer's premium, equals more than $4,999.99, Wire Transfer must be used. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days.

Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Acceptable forms of payment are: PayPal, Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Property may be picked up by appointment only Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Buyer or designee must sign bill of sale at City Hall before they will be allowed to pick up items at the police station. If someone other than the name on the buyer's certificate is being sent to pick up the item a separate release form must be filled out, please call Ashley Burton Daniel at 601-856-7113 for the form. The purchase is "AS IS WHERE IS". The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Seller reserves the right to reclaim and resell all items not removed by Buyer by the specified removal date.
