UCF Surplus Property is offered for sale "As-Is / Where-Is". Materials sold by the UCF Surplus Unit are sold without warranty, whether expressed or implied, and without guarantee of merchantability for any particular use or purpose.

All items sold must be picked up at our Orlando, Florida main campus. We do not ship items.

We accept cash (US Currency), money orders, or cashiers checks. We do not accept personal checks for the purchase of Surplus items.

6.50% Florida State Sales Tax will apply to all transactions unless a current Resale Tax Certificate is provided.

Payment is due 5 days after the close of the auction.

We reserve the right to refuse loading onto any vehicle that is not equipped to carry this material in a safe manner.

Q: if i win the bid can i have somebody like fedex or ups pick up these items for shipping? (4/12/12 9:58 PM)
