Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders may view auction items by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the warehouse located at 2470 Clower Lane, Bartow, Florida, (863) 534-5610, unless otherwise stated on auction website. No children and only two (2) adult customers at one time are allowed in warehouse.

Administrative Fee. There will be a seven and one-half percent (7 ½ %) Administrative Fee added to the final bill for each auction, but with a minimum of $5.00.

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify where payment is to be made and for instructions on pickup and removal.

Anything over $500.00 will need to be:

· Certified Cashiers Check

· Money Order

· Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Checks shall be made payable to: Polk County Board of County Commissioners.

Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Polk County Board of County Commissioners assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
