Little Giant PowerSewer Wastewater Grinder Pump Station System

This auction includes:
   • One (1) fiberglass basin
   • One (1) grinder pump
   • One (1) control panel

The grinder system was installed on 8/15/2006 at a property in our collection system and the grinder system was operated and maintained by the property owner.

The grinder system was removed on 7/12/2011 and everything in this grinder system was in working condition before it was removed from operation.

This grinder system was removed and replaced by a County specified grinder system in order to put it under County operation and maintenance.

A hard copy of the PDF files including the installation, operation, and maintenance manual will be provided to the winning bidder when the grinder system is picked up.

Fiberglass Basin Information and Condition

The Fiberglass Basin is in used condition and was in working order when it was removed from operation.

The 4" PVC drop inlet pipe is not included.

The 2" PVC vent pipe with vent cap is not included.

The discharge pipe with flexible connector is not included.

The approximate dimensions of the basin are:
   • Depth = 80 inches
   • Diameter = 30 inches

Grinder Pump Information and Condition

The grinder pump is model IGP-231.

The grinder pump is in used condition and was in working order when it was removed from operation.

There is no hour meter attached to the control panel, so it is unknown how many hours are on the pump.

   • 60 Hertz
   • 13.9 Amps
   • 3200 Watts
   • 56 P.S.I.

Control Panel Information and Condition

The control panel is model V3F-IGP PowerSewer System with a 3-Float level control.

The control panel is in used condition and was in working order when it was removed from operation.

The wiring diagram is located inside the control panel door.

Features:
   • Controls the pump and warns of high liquid levels
   • Red flashing alarm beacon
   • Innovative "touch to silence" pad to silence the high liquid level alarm
   • Has lockable latches

Inspection is by appointment only during office hours 8am to 4pm during weekdays excluding holidays. Please see the contact below to schedule an inspection.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Please see the contact below for any questions.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
