All inspections must be scheduled in advance, and shall occur between the hours of 10:30 AM and 12:00 noon and 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM ONLY. Payment: Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are:

Removal: All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary to remove the item from City property including packing, loading and transporting. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 AM and 12:00 noon and 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
