You are bidding on (1) Fire Tower 100 feet tall. The cab has been removed and offered is the remaining tower. Buyer will be responsible for disassembling.

LAND NOT INCLUDED.

INSPECTION RECOMMENDED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the location of the property as indicated in the auction listing. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

Inspection is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
