Inspection: ALL INSPECTION AND REMOVAL OF PROPERTY WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you have any questions about condition of property, it is recommended that you call and schedule an appointment for inspection.

Payment: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Removal: **PROPERTY WILL BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY** All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
