Four Enclosed Directory Boards

The two large ones are 48" high, 36" wide, and 3" deep.

The medium size one is 38" high, 26" wide, and 3" deep.

The small one is 19" high, 23 1/2" wide, and 2 1/2" deep.

The front is made of plastic. There is an inch long crack on the side of one of the large boards. Not very noticeable.

You are encouraged to inspect.

Conditions of all items are "As is, Where is".

Only item described herein is included in sale regardless of what else is pictured.

State Sales Tax. The Missouri State Sales Tax of 7.350% will be collected from the successful bidder in addition to the awarded bid amount.

In order for Buyer to be tax exempt, they must provide a Retail Sales License plus a completed Certificate of Resale or be a tax exempt organization. If the buyer is a tax exempt organization they must provide a tax exempt certificate and their purchase must be paid with a check written on the bank account of the organization.

Removal. Surplus items can only be picked up by buyer by making an APPOINTMENT with David Eagle by phone (573) 886-4392 or email: deagle@boonecountymo.org. Dave works part time. Phone calls and e-mails will be returned as soon as possible, typically within 24-48 hours (weekdays). All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
