Located at/removal location 12550 Merritt Road Chardon,Ohio between 7-3. Department will help load if you make prior arrangments.

Payment must be made to Geauga County Commissioners at The Maintenance Department 470 Center 1B Chardon, Ohio 44024 BEFORE picking up item. See Diane Arp -440-279-1759.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, or Money Order.

Cashier's Checks and Money Orders shall be made payable to: Geauga County Commissioners.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30a.m. and 3:30p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
