Winning bidders may remove their items after they make payment beginning on Wednesday August 8th. All items need to be removed by Friday August 10th. The City will ship most items at the bidders expense via UPS or FedEx. If the winning bidder has a UPS or FedEx account they may provide that number to the City and we will ship the item. If the winning bidder does not have a shipping account they can either send us a UPS or FedEx tag, or they can use our local 3rd party shipping vendor Mailhub to ship items. All shipment of items will occur on Fridays by noon. Bidder must have paid for their items online and contact the City regarding the shipping of their item(s) prior to 4pm on Thursday to have their item(s) shipped that Friday.

| The successful bidder shall assume all costs of removing equipment from its location, and all equipment which may remain on the City's premises during the removal period shall remain upon the sole risk and responsibility of the successful bidder. All equipment is offered in an "As Is" condition. The bidder assumes full responsibility for knowing the condition of the equipment upon which a bid is entered. Equipment may be inspected by appointment at the Brecksville Service Garage by calling Jamie Still at 440 526-2628. If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED! For online payment – Log into your GovDeals account and select “My Bids”. You may follow the instructions there.
