Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed by appointment only. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL FAYETTE COUNTY ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKING, LOADING OR SHIPPING. BUYER SHALL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING AND REMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL ITEMS AWARDED TO THEM. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE ALL ITEMS.
