Payment

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days, or have scheduled an agreeable time, from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed usually between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, or by special appointment.

Special Instructions

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!

A: we can do that provided the third party provides us with a notarized statement from you that we can release the items you purchased to that named party.
