American drive on 4 post vehicle lift with air bags jacks. 12,000lb capacity. Worked good when taken out of service and dismantled in November. Front jack with duel airbags has a very small leak. Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Payment shall be in the form of: o U.S. Currency o Cashier’s Check o Certified Check o Money Order o Traveler’s Checks o Approved Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard only) – City charges 1.55% credit card fee plus $0.24 credit card processing fee on all credit card payments. Checks shall be made payable to: City of Mountain Brook. Payments shall be made at the City Clerk’s Office - City Hall – 3928 Montclair Road– PO Box 130009 Mountain Brook, Alabama 35213. Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Mountain Brook assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 7:00a.m. and 3:00p.m. ,Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Q: How high does the lift go up and are air bags still available for this unit? Thanks (8/9/12 3:28 PM)
A: The front jacks can be rebuilt. There are parts for them available. The lift will take a car up to a point to where you can easily stand up under it. Our guess is the lift goes up to around 6' or so. (8/10/12 9:58 AM)
