2005 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor SEDAN 4-DR, 4.6L V8 SOHC 16V.

This vehicle starts with a boost and runs. It has a 4.6 Liter V-8 gas engine. The automatic transmission is in operating condition. Vehicle has been maintained every 90 days; removed from service June 2012.

Police equipment includes light bar, strobes, deck and grille lights, siren, PA, console, camera system, laptop stand, half cage, map light, gun rack and kill switch.

Interior: Gray cloth front seat. It has AM/FM radio, cold A/C, dual air bags, cruise control, tilt steering, remote mirrors, power windows, power door locks and power steering. There are holes in the interior where radio equipment has been removed.

Exterior: White, with minor scratches, dings and paint peel; no cracked glass. Decals have been removed and no impressions remain. Tire condition is fair to good; includes spare tire.

Payment

Payment: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate.

· Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Checks shall be made payable to: City of Lake Mary.

Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Lake Mary assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
