1- 2001 Chevrolet Impala. 3.8 V-6 gas engine. This vehicle starts and runs, automatic transmission. Interior color is gray with cloth seats. Air conditioner is cold, dual air bags, cruise control, tilt steering, remote mirrors, power windows, door locks and power steering. Factory AM/FM cassette radio. The inside of vehicle is very clean. Exterior of vehicle is white with no cracked glass. There are minor dents, dings, and scratches with very minor hail damage. Tires are in very good condition. The overall condition of this vehicle is unknown. All Items sold on Gov-deals by KCDC totaling 5000 dollars are subject to Board approval.

Removal

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed by appointment only. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. A: This vehicle has approximately 25 small dings about the size of a dime from hail damage, however it is utlimately the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the vehicle before bidding. (9/10/12 12:26 PM)

Q: Mr. Justice, as I understand, this vehicle was used or driven by numerous people. Do you have a Chief Mechanic or Motor Pool that is responsible for repairs or scheduled maintenance?
