One (1) lot of cabinets and sinks to include: One (1) cabinet with porcelain sink, 37 x 19 x 31, cabinet is wood laminate, painted white, it has double doors and two (2) drawers. One (1) cabinet, no sink, 36 x 22 x 32, wood laminate, white, single door and three (3) drawers. One (1) cabinet, no sink, 24 x 22 x 32, wood laminate, white, single door and three (3) drawers. One (1) white porcelain sink, 19W x 17D. One (1) metal sink, 15 x 15. One (1) flusher from a urinal. All items have been used. Cabinets appear in good condition. All doors and drawers open. Porcelain sinks are not cracked. Metal sink is very dirty. Bidders are encouraged to inspect all items prior to bidding. Sold "as is" with no guarantees and all sales are final. The City of Myrtle Beach is not liable for any injury, damage or failure during the removal or use of any merchandise. A 7.5% administrative fee will be added to the winning bid. Payment MUST be received within five (5) business days and property MUST be removed within ten (10) business days. No exceptions. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Company Check ( With a bank letter guaranteeing funds - mandatory), Visa or Master Card. NO personal checks accepted.
