Bidders are encouraged to inspect all items prior to bidding. Sold "as is" with no guarantees and all sales are final.

The City of Myrtle Beach is not liable for any injury, damage or failure during the removal or use of any merchandise.

A 7.5% administrative fee will be added to the winning bid.

Payment MUST be received within five (5) business days and property MUST be removed within ten (10) business days. No exceptions.

Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Company Check ( With a bank letter guaranteeing funds - mandatory), Visa or Master Card. NO personal checks accepted.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory), Visa or Master Card.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. And 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
