A: This CO is like a title or registration. I will give you a bill of sale but I have no title or registration for this vehicle, so you would have to check w/you State regarding the operation of this vehicle without a CO. (7/31/12 12:04 PM)

Q: Will the bill of sale suffice to register this vehicle in NJ? According to the NJMVC website, you need one or the other plus a notorized letter/sales reciept/ biil of sale, not sure. Thanks John (7/31/12 8:33 PM)
