1997 John Deere 410E Backhoe/Loader SN #T0410EX837829 (Veh #1222/Asset #10072) Diesel engine, manual transmission. Vehicle runs and is drivable. Exterior yellow with minor body damage and major scratches. Interior brown with minor damage to seat. No cracked glass. Decals have been sprayed. Checks made payable to City of Georgetown. Buyer forfeits all rights to purchases and Buyer’s Certificate is considered null and void when payments are not made within Seller’s specified time frame and in the acceptable forms defined above. Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
