REMINDER: BID CLOSING TIME IS EASTERN. One (1) each used wood base cabinet & hutch. Base approx. 23" x 71" x 34"H and hutch approx. 15" x 71" x 44-1/2"H. The top cabinet has some damage on the corner as per the picture and the missing piece is included. Overall the two (2) components appear to be sturdy with normal wear & tear. This lot will require a bit of work for a handy man or handy woman, but the finished product should be worth the effort(s). Note the unique way to adjust the shelves. The only components received into Surplus with this lot are shown in the pictures and/or indicated above and it is unknown if all of the components necessary for operation of this lot were surplused. The ONLY items described herein are included in sale regardless of what else is pictured. The wood pallet is not included with this lot. Please inspect items prior to placing a bid. Inspections are by appointment only.
