This dock is approximately 8 feet x 32 feet by 2.5 feet. The aluminum floats and wood deck show some sign of decay. At the time of its removal, the dock was buoyant. All exterior deck boards and fittings are attached with stainless hardware. All interior hardware and supports are aluminum. Dock is fitted with 14 inch sleeves to accommodate 12 inch piles. Piles are not included. The 8’ x 32’ wooden dock with aluminum floats was removed from a saltwater creek at Palmetto Islands County Park, Charleston, SC in 2009. This dock have been stored out of water since that time. **Pictures show two floating docks.**

Inspection: Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspections will generally be conducted on: Mondays through Friday between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 PM at the Cooper River Marina, 1010 Juneau Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are wiring of money (see below fee), U.S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory. If payment is not received within 5 days from the auction end date and time, the seller reserves the right to reclaim and repost the item and the buyer will be prohibited from the use of GovDeals. Payment by wiring money is acceptable. The fee for wiring must be added to the total. There is a charge of $15.00 for incoming wires from U.S.; $18.00 for incoming wires from outside of the U.S.

Removal: items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. If the item is not removed within 10 days from the auction end date and time, the seller reserves the right to reclaim and repost the item and the buyer will be prohibited from the use of GovDeals
