Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Jackson Township assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed during regualr business hours (Mon. - Fri., 8am-3pm EST) excluding holidays. Any item NOT PICKED UP IN 10 CALENDAR DAYS may be subject to a $10.00/per day STORAGE FEE PAID IN CASH or Certified Funds.
