RemovalRemoval

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay on line; no payments accepted on site.

All pallet lots must be removed from the LSS Dept.,VDT Service Center within ten (10) business days from the date and time of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate sent to winning bidders. a. Winning bidder is responsible for contacting LSS Dept. staff, 404-802-3775, to schedule pick-up date and time for removal of their purchased pallet lot(s), b. Property may be picked up at the LSS Dept., VDT Service Center, 1631 LaFrance St., Atlanta, GA 30307, between the hours of 9:00a.m and 2:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal and school holidays, c. Upon arrival at LSS Dept., VDT Service Center, Buyer must present Receipt of Payment, appropriate Pallet Inventory Form(s), for each lot purchased and photo ID.

NOTE: if Buyer sends representative for removal, the representative must present required items as designated above. Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading and transportation of the property from the warehouse loading dock. e. Pallet lot items not removed from the LSS Dept., VDT Service Center within ten (10) business days from the date and time of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate will be immediately disposed or destroyed.

Atlanta Public Schools (APS-Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, workmanship or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct, indirect or consequential. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.
