Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are U.S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). If payment is not received within 5 days from the auction end date and time, the seller reserves the right to reclaim and re-post the item and the buyer will be prohibited from the use of GovDeals

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. If the item is not removed within 10 days from the auction end date and time, the seller reserves the right to reclaim and repost the item and the buyer will be prohibited from the use of GovDeals

A: Yes, the truck is drivable. We used this truck as our primary response truck for several years. We have taken it out of service because we were able to purchase a new truck. (8/9/12 11:35 AM)

Q: WAS IT WINTERIZED LAST WINTER? AND HAS IT BEEN KEPT INSIDE? (8/9/12 10:15 PM)
A: The truck was not winterized last winter. However, it has been stored inside our bays since we have owned it up until approx 2 months ago. We had to move it out of the building to make room for other equipment. (8/10/12 1:19 PM)
