Checks shall be made payable to: City of Sweetwater.

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving for instructions on payment, pickup and removal.

TITLE MUST BE TRANSFER FROM CITY OF SWEETWATER NAME YOURS OR YOUR COMPANY BEFORE IT LEAVE OUR YARD. AFTER THAT IT IS YOUR CHOICE IF YOU WANT TO DRIVE IT OUT OR HAVE IT TOWED. Upon removal of the property, all sales are final. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Failure to remove purchased item(s) within the specified ten (10) business days will result in loss of purchase by the Buyer and City will retain 100% of the bid payment.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Sweetwater assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
