You need to physically come to our building and pick this item up, it will not be boxed or palletized for pick up - it is as is where is. If you can not physically come to our building please do not bid on these items.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency (correct change required) Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory), or a School PO.

Checks shall be made payable to: The School District of Lee County

Removal: All items must be removed within 5 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
