| Due to limited access hours to the warehouse, all inspections will be completed on Tuesday, April 24, from 7:30 A.M. to 1:00 PM and Thursday, April 26, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them.
