The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Q: hi if given a UPS label can you ship, or do you work with a store that can ship. Do you know what processors these computers have (9/13/12 5:50 PM) A: We typically don't ship anything. Since there are no returns, the buyer's only chance to inspect the goods are prior to pickup. If we ship it, the buyer loses that opportunity to inspect/get a refund if the item is not in a satisfactory condition or is not quite what he or she wanted. (9/14/12 11:06 AM) |

Q: If we would like to waive the opportunity to inspect, would you ship it for us if we send the label from UPS.
