Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Checks must be made payable to: Township of Medford.

Cash must be EXACT CHANGE.

Pickup times are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm

All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Medford Township (Seller) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. In addition, the used equipment may contain defects not immediately detectable. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Buyer will be responsible for obtaining any specific documentation for the purchase, transfer, transport, and use of this item, such as: title, registration, special permits, and/or plates needed to transport this item on a public roadway

Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30a.m. and 3:30p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
