Inspection

Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Conditions of all items are "As is, Where is". Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency (Exact change required), Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) Checks shall be made payable to: Francis Howell School District.

Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays after scheduling an appointment. Questions and Answers

Q: Have the emmissions of carbon monoxide these machines put beent tested? If they have not they can be extremly deadly machines. (4/30/12 5:01 PM)
A: No. The carbon monoxide tests on propane buffers that have been listed for sale have not been tested. The buffers do not run and therefore no test(s) have been run. THE MACHINES ARE SOLD ‘AS IS’. (5/1/12 10:17 AM)
